you should always … you should always be careful of sugar intake and sweets. My first indication that I had it was in 2008. Since then I have had two times where I had some bad rashes and now I’m doing pretty well. I still take supplements just to make sure my intestinal flor is strong. You know the good bacteria. I stay away from pure sugar and sweets like that. If you start eating very badly again, it will come back.
