Has anyone that is not selling something or recommending a web site actually cured their candida?

What about coated tongue? Has anyone cured that? I have read hundreds of testimonies on varied forums and all I have found are very frustrated people with no cure.

How can this be? Is it a cancer? Is it contagious? I think I caught it from a girlfriend who later told me her whole family has candida.

Thank you so very much for the information on candida and I have just started with taking garlic daily, I started the probiotics and prebiotic(inulin) also lysine for my immune system and I can tell the different with my stomach, but I have this white coating on my tongue and praying that the garlic will eliminate because I have people seeing my tongue it looks unhealthy.
