Really that’s all up to you. It depends how severe your candida is. I guess you can take more if you have a severe case and less if you have a mild case but as you can see it is expensive. I would start off with the four pills between meals but just for a few days and then drop it down to 3 then 2 then 1. If you are only taking a total of 3 pills a day to maintain it, then you can afford to take it for a long time. If money is no problem for you then I guess you can take more for a longer.

how many pills should i take of syntol between meals. the company says 1-4 pills how many would you recommend.
