Can I assume the Candida overgrowth has been cured after the die-off symptoms come and go?

It’s been one week on anti-fungals and a strict diet and today I’m experiencing die-off symptoms and terrible cravings. Once these symptoms go away, will I be cured?
Wow, how do I known if it’s all gone? How do I know how long to keep going? The diet is pretty darn miserable to keep up.

Not necessarily. Just because you don’t feel sick doesn’t mean that everything’s all cleared up. If there’s some Candida left that’s a bit more resistant to the drug but you stop taking the drug, those cells will multiply, leaving you with an infection that’s pretty much resistant to what you’re taking now… which means another full course of anti-fungals that have to be stronger than what you’re on now… just stick with the medication to make sure you kill off all the Candida.
