Assuming you're talking about vaginal thrush, what works best for me is tea tree oil. A few drops on a tampon does wonders.

A supplement called Yeast Fighters is awesome. It contains capryllic acid (very good for candida), acidopholus and other live cultures and garlic. If you can’t find that supplement, buy all the ingredients it has seperately. You need to up your B vitamins and especially Biotin. You need 300 mg 3x a day for the Biotin. Taking Omega-3 fatty acid supplements twice a day will help as well. You also have to stay away from dairy, refined sugars, alcohol and caffeine while healing. Drink lots of water.

baking soda bath Baking Soda is a base and if you mix in your bath it will help to neutralize the yeast. Doctor Reccomended and it worked.

Try finding a candida cleanse at an organic health food store. They usually have a combination of things that can work. I hear DMSO can be effective as well.
