Could anyone give me simple natural cure for IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome). My worst symptoms are constipation, stomach gas, intestinal bloating. I have taken IBS medication, body cleansing ,Candida cleansing, diet change etc, but nothing works. Any recommendation please?
Have you been tested for Celiac Disease? Studies show that as many as 60% of people labeled with IBS (I say labeled because IBS is not a diagnosis, that is, it does not define the source/cause of the symptoms) actually have Celiac Disease.
Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease that damages the lining of the small intestine. It is caused by an allergy to certain proteins in wheat, rye and barley called glutens/gliadins.
Doctors in the U.S. are so ‘unknowledgeable’ that they only diagnose this disorder in 3% of the patients with the disease. It is a common disease, occurring in about 1 person in 100, but is only diagnosed at a rate of 1 in 3500 in the U.S.
Another possibility is food allergies/intolerances which are common causes of IBS-labeled symptoms. The gold-standard for diagnosing food allergies is an elimination diet. You may need to find a nutritional food allergy specialist to help you evaluate this possibility.
Best wishes and good luck.

unfortunately there is no cure, but you can ease the symptoms by watching your diet and reducing your stress

You say you changed your diet, but there may still be something in your diet upsetting you that you arent aware is bad. Are you drinking a lot of water, and did you drink a lot of water when you did the candida cleanse (to flush out the toxins)? Take note of which foods give you gas everytime you eat. Maybe you have an allergy to something you are eating that you think is healthy, or as previously suggested, perhaps you have Celiac disease. Kinesiologists can often determine allergies.

I used to have trouble with IBS. My internist had me write down Everything I ate or drank for 5 weeks and also keep track of when I got sick. By writing it all down, I was able to pinpoint which foods make me sick. It is several foods, and I have a 12 hour delay when I get sick from them.
